You Don’t Have to Be Strong Every Day

A free, faith-centered community for those walking through chronic illness and caregiving.

When your body feels unreliable… when exhaustion hits before your feet touch the floor…

When no one fully understands what this costs you… you deserve encouragement that meets you right where you are.

You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone

Living with chronic illness is exhausting.

Even when people love you, they don’t always understand what it feels like to wake up already tired. To live with uncertainty. To manage symptoms that no one else can see.

If you’re a caregiver, the weight is just as real. You stay strong for someone else while quietly carrying your own fear and fatigue.

You weren’t meant to walk this road by yourself.

A Safe Place to Breathe Again

Created by Someone Who Understands

Dr. Andy Laurie is a physician, pastor, and chronic illness patient of over 20 years.

After being diagnosed with POTS, a serious disorder of the autonomic nervous system, he was forced to retire from medicine. Yet he has continued to lead, teach, and encourage others through his own journey.

He understands both the medical side of illness and the personal, spiritual struggle that comes with it.

This community was built from lived experience.
